The Spring/Summer Collection highlights Elysian Theory’s signature style: luxe, feminine, and sculpturally influenced. Comprised of a mix of best-selling favorites and brand new designs, the collection features both statement-making styles and wearable, everyday staples. Some of the most beloved designs from previous collections, such as the Rhapsody Studs (center), have been reimagined and reworked into subtler companion designs like the Rhapsody Charms (far right).
My central desire and focus while designing the pieces for SS22 was to create jewelry that you reach for when you want to feel inspired, uncommon, and beautiful. As always, pearls feature prominently, as do our custom Italian acetate beads in two gorgeous tortoiseshells.
For this new line, I was particularly influenced by colors and textures from French Fauvist painters like Dufy and Matisse. The collection includes all the Elysian Theory muted pastels you've come to know and love, like periwinkle, shell pink, and jadeite — newly complimented by pops of vibrant emerald and modern ultramarine blue. Another bestselling favorite, the Delphine Charms, will be available in two versatile new double-sided color options (center photo).
One of the most exciting new pieces debuting in the SS22 Collection is the Leda Necklace. The pendant began as a hand-carved wax model, from which multiple replicas can be cast in a process known as lost-wax casting. I’m so excited to finally be sharing the efforts of my exploration into this ancient jewelry making method!
Each recycled yellow bronze pendant comes on a 14K gold-filled chain, which is adjustable from 16-18” in length, and subtle enough to be a layer-able, everyday staple. The swan, a classic Elysian Theory motif, symbolizes beauty, loyalty, grace, and elegance.
The Leda Necklace isn’t alone: the Eleanor Necklace will also be returning in the popular Harlequin colorway! These two necklaces compliment each other perfectly, and I have been wearing them together almost daily.
The entire SS22 Collection launches for pre-order in limited quantities on April 27th at 12pm Eastern Time. I hope you love the collection as much as I do!
