Returns and Exchange Details

If you're unhappy with your item once it is received, please let me know immediately so I can try to resolve any issue that was a mistake on my part. If you do not contact me within three days of delivery, I will not issue refunds, grant returns, or mail replacements.

Due to the nature of these specially handmade items, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items except in the extremely rare case of damage during shipping. Much unhappiness can be avoided by reading the description of each item and FAQ page VERY CAREFULLY before purchasing, so that you aren't expecting something different than the product that is offered!

I cannot replace items if they break while in your possession and use. 

I am not liable for the amount of time USPS takes to deliver an item once it leaves my hands, and will not give refunds on this basis. Please see the "shipping" section below for further information.



I will honor requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase. After 24 hours, orders are final. I cannot make exceptions for cases of failing to tell me you needed an item by a specific date before purchase, or failing to read the item's processing time. 



During checkout you will have the option to choose USPS first class shipping (2-5 days), priority shipping (1-3 days), or priority express overnight. Orders over $50 ship for free (using first class or ground shipping).

You MUST let me know an exact date when you expect to receive an item by if you are planning on giving it as a gift, so I can guarantee it will arrive on time. If I do not hear from you regarding a specific date, I can't guarantee that anything will arrive by a specific date (if you choose the first class or priority shipping options).

Since all of my items are 100% made by hand in small batches, I prefer not to rush the process. Things occasionally get backed up, especially around holidays. When I ship an item, you will always receive an email you to let you know, which includes the tracking number so that the package can be tracked on its way to you.
